Hi. Dear.
I'm developping some embeded board with i.MX6DL for industrial application.
The AP, I was used, has marking label, MCIMX6U7CVM08AC
As far as I know that is industrial type label. but the fuse bit is different.
Is it possible to have different marking labels and fuse bits?
For incorrect AP, u-boot print out boot log with following:
U-Boot 2016.03-imx_v2016.03_4.1.15_2.0.0_ga+g0ec2a01 (May 11 2018 - 19:18:04 +0900)
CPU: Freescale i.MX6DL rev1.3 at 792MHz
CPU: Commercial temperature grade (0C to 95C) at 41C
Reset cause: POR
I read the fuse bit of 0x21bc480.
That value is 0x00
Above AP,The internal rtc also does not work properly.
aaThe counter is not incremented and when write, it is not returned Infinitely, "hwclock -w"
aaBut, A few of AP has a correct fuse bit & correct boot log.
for the correct AP, u-boot print out boot log with following:
U-Boot 2016.03-imx_v2016.03_4.1.15_2.0.0_ga+g0ec2a01 (May 11 2018 - 19:18:04 +0900)
CPU: Freescale i.MX6DL rev1.3 at 792MHz
CPU: Industrial temperature grade (-40C to 105C) at 40C
Reset cause: POR
And I read the fuse bit of 0x21bc480
The value is 0x80
This is the normal value I expect.
The inernal rtc does work properly.
The counter is up and command "hwclock -w" is returned normally
I guess that Defective products are distributed.
I attatched images for label of incorrect AP.
