i.MX6 UL Silicon Rev 1.1 Available?

Hi,

We are having problems due to 24 MHz external crystal not working with Rev 1.0. Errata says the issue is fixed with Rev 1.1.

The ordering code does not differentiate Rev 1.1 from Rev 1.0 (they both have "A" at the end), only the marking on the device (1N52P for Rev 1.1 and 0N52P for Rev 1.0). So, is Rev 1.1 available and ready to be used?
