i.MX 6SoloX missing NVCC_DRAM/_2P5 max currents

Hi

In the latest i.MX 6SoloX datasheet, the info for max supply currents of NVCC_DRAM and NVCC_DRAM_2P5 are missing. So what they will be if paring with single die LPDDR2 (800Mbps)?

appnote for power consumption will be released soon, so far

one can use AN4580 i.MX 6SoloLite Power Consumption and

IMX6SLCEC  max. currents as they are similar to i.MX 6SoloLite.

Hi igor,

Appreciated the information! Worst use case defined in the app note AN4580 is audio playback, and the combined current (MPU+memory) is 8.5mA, which is quite low. Do you have other use cases that could exercise memory more? Want to get an idea on the max current or typ current during heavy use of the memory.
