core-image-* (minimal) with cmake

I am building core-image-minimal where I wanna include cmake but by building it with local.conf configured to include cmake it's not enabled and present on image

How to get cmake on core-image-minimal?

Hello Erik Raynolds,

The steps for adding cmake look correct. Have you checked on the bitbake log that this task was run correctly? I haven’t tested it but this would install cmake but not configure it so you would need to setup the toolchain, paths and flags in order to use cmake.
