I don't understand why 1920*1080p preview out of range
but 1024*768 is work on preview screen, please see as attach pic.

You can use Camera2 select 1920*1080p resolution on camera recording preview mode , will find view out of range.
It's also happen on 16:9. I guess 16:9 is google bug. NXP Camera2 have this issue or not?
