Viable Low Power Android Platform

Background.

I have IoT kiosk devices using Kinetis MCUs and FreeRTOS.  These are unattended solar powered devices using Kinetis MCU's running FreeRTOS and spend most of their lives in Ultra Low-Power mode, consuming only a few microamps.

I occasionally need to fire another 3rd party certified application, available only on Android, Linux or Windows. So I'm looking for the most energy-frugal and/or fastest-booting android platform.  The idea is to wake-up or boot the Android platform when needed, and invoke sleep-mode or shut it down when it is no longer needed.

Can this be achieved with an iMX MCU?
