We are prototyping a custom board with the i.MX6 Quad processor part no is MCIMX6Q5EYM10AD and USB controller part is USB2422-I/MJ . We have 2 USB ports available, both ports are not detecting USB drive/Keyboard once boot the device.
Electrically i have probe and checked the voltage attached table below for reference.
(USB_PORT1)_USBPWR1 | 3.17V |
(USB_PORT2)_USBPWR2 | 4.97V |
ENA | 1.256V |
ENB | 1.256V |
Above table USB port is VCC is 3.17V which is not expected ENA(OCS1) 1.256V which is not expected.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

one can try to narrow down issue, checking if this is caused by USB2422 or i.MX6,

My problem is while doing board bring up test if I connect any USB pendrive or keyboard it should detect, but in our it is not.
We are not able stop the u-boot and type any command .
Please help me to resolve this.
