Hi,  The document of i.mx25 board (https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN4171.pdf) mentions u-boot source code available in SDK. The source is not available.

In particular we need the following version:

U-Boot 2009.08 (Dec 26 2009 - 22:05:42)

Is there anywhere we can get the aforementioned version with source.

Sorry the i.MX25 is out of support , you can find the linux bsp with a search on google but nxp page don't provide it.
