Step by Step procedure to load uboot and uimage

Hi,

I am using i.MX25 PDK kit and in that I have replaced the CPU with my newly produced CPU (Gerber available in Freescale site, processed and assembled). I would like to know whether any step by step procedure is available to load uboot and uimage (downloaded from freescale site) on a fresh CPU. Is there any related document to download the uboot and uimage in a fresh NAND flash?
