Sgtl5000 Audio Codec Config

Hello 

I have some questions about how to Successfully configure Sgtl5000 audio codec .

if i can use I2C communication without connecting VDDD if yes then i will  connect VDDD to Ground or not?

If i can connect VDDA , VDDIO , VDDD to the same voltage source like 1.8 volt ?

could you guide me . how to use Crystal to provide MCLK   ?

i try a lot to configure the Sgtl5000 audio codec through reading the chip ID but i can't could you guide me step by step from scratch ?
