SDRAM on IMXRT1176 EVK

Hi,

I am using IMXRT1176-EVK-Board.

I am taking SDK example of sdjpeg.

In EVK board two SDRAM's but  we want to run the sdjpeg example run on single SDRAM.

0x00-SDRAM CS0.
0xFF - Full configuration. Must configure all fields.

Where should I modify? 

Note: I am Using IAR IDE.

Can you help me this issue?

I hope you are well.

You might want to limit the SEMC size for SDRAM to only be only 256Mb so only one memory is used. This can be done on MIMXRT11##xxxxx_sdram.icf file.
