Hi Sir,
If the QSPI NOR flash max speed will be 133Mhz. would the RT1021 can support or not.
W is the RT1021 max. speed for QSPI flash?

Hi @StephenYeh ,
Please check the RT1021 datasheet, you will be more clear:
So, it can support 133Mhz.
Best Regards,
Kerry
Hi Kerry
Thank for your reply.
Could you share all the cmd list that RT1021 require?
Hi @StephenYeh ,
About the used command, you can check the SDK code:

FLEXSPI_LUT_SEQ(kFLEXSPI_Command_SDR, kFLEXSPI_1PAD, 0xC7, kFLEXSPI_Command_STOP, kFLEXSPI_1PAD, 0),
};
You can find all the related command.
Eg, normal read:0X03, but in the app code, normally use fast read: 0XEB.
Wish it helps you!

Kerry
Hi Kerry
Thanks
If we want to cut in the 2'ed part.
GD25Q64E to replace GD25Q64C
and MX25L6433F to replace MX25L64356
We compare the command list as below.
How to check that 2'ed part could support RT1021 boot? Would you share more detail for us?
Hi @StephenYeh ,
I checked your list, in fact, the used command still the same, so you can use your replaced QSPI flash chip.
Best Regards,
Kerry
