Question, i.MX28 Internal Temperature sensisng

I would like to ask about an accuracy of i.MX28 Internal Die Temperature Sensing.

My customer is using the feature of Internal Temp Sensing of i.MX28, and they want to know an accuracy of its results in comparing to its junction temperature.

Could you show me an error or an accuracy of its data?

 temperature sensor accuracy is about 10 degree C.
