Hello,

There is an Application Note (AN5170) covering power consumption in some scenarios of the i.MX6UL. You can find it here:

Please note that power usage varies a lot with usage and depending on your design.

As for the i.MX233 there is not an Application Note that I'm aware of but let me see if I can find information on a similar i.MX processor that may be useful.

P.S. There is a Power Consumption Calculator for the i.MX233 which is available on the Downloads tab of the i.MX233 web page. It is not exhaustive but it should grant a number of scenarios to serve as reference.
