PMIC MC33PF8200DEES output voltages SW3 & SW4 are not getting

Hello Team,

I am using IMX8QXP processor and PMIC MC33PF8200DEES in my custom board.

When board power ON test, i observed SW3 and SW4 output voltages are not getting from PMIC. Please confirm PMIC is preprogrammed or not.

If it is preprogrammed, Provide the probable causes for not getting SW3 & SW4 output voltages. SW1, SW5, SW6 & SW7  voltages are getting.

Hi,

As you can see in the MC33PF8200DEES Configuration report (https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/supporting-information/R_PF8200DE.PDF), by default, regulators SW3 and SW4 are OFF (As well as LDO regulators LDO3 and LDO4).

Power Up Sequence for these regulators are disabled, which means that these regulators will not Turn On (regulators are disabled).
