Dears,
I'd like to include OpenCV 3.1 into my Yocto/Linux image build and after
repo init -b imx-3.14.52-1.1.0_ga
I got 2.4 recipe there.
How can I install latest (3.1) OpenCV for Yocto/Linux image for imx6?
I send the document to you for reference, the document tell you how to install the opencv 2.4.9, but one can try to change the version to 3.1, the opencv 3.1 source code, one can download from "http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/opencvlibrary/opencv-unix/3.1.0/opencv-3.1.0.zip ”

Thank you. Yes, this require to have "Ubuntu-like" OS running :
"
In order to install OpenCV on iMX6 boards you need to have Ubuntu 14.04 rootfs, for installation steps please follow up:

"
It would be lovely if it works but as I reported within mentioned thread (DOC-330147) I can't get running Ubuntu Rootfs on imx6qp so the link you sent will be useful as soon as you have "Ubuntu rootfs" working..
none of Installing options in https://community.freescale.com/docs/DOC-330147the Ubuntu core, Lubuntu graphics desktop version or Build your own Ubuntu rootfs with debootstrap works on my side :smileysad:
