Hi All
The customer use MCIMX6ULL-EVK measurement power consumption on the deep sleep mode,
as below is CPU board result:
1. VDD_SOC_IN : 0.3mA
2. VDD_HIGH_IN : 0.1mA
3. DDR3L I/O : 7.0mA
with carrier board measurement result is "85mA", which device is consume big power on deep sleep mode?

The customer have follow AN5345.pdf, measurement result with 4.1.1. Use case 1: Deep-Sleep mode (DSM) Table 1 is close, but the result is SOC board without carrier board, the customer want to know why soc board with carrier board power consumption is so high, which device is power consume reason?
