MCIMX6SX-SDB: L4.9.88_2.0.0_MX6QDLSOLOX, L4.14.98_2.0.0_MX6QDLSOLOX SDCARD Images

Hi ,

I used both SDCARD images from

L4.9.88_2.0.0_MX6QDLSOLOX

L4.14.98_2.0.0_MX6QDLSOLOX

and write it using Linux dd command to a 32G SDCARD .

OS: Ubuntu 18.04

No error , write was successful

But the MCIMX6SX-SDB don’t boot ( no output messages on Putty )

If I use other iMX6SX images from other sources it works .

Any idea what could go wrong ?

Hi Klaus,
It seems it was missed flashing the proper U-Boot, as the same .sdcard file is for multiple platforms. Please refer to the procedure from the following Community thread to complete the flashing of thr U-Boot using either the dd command, or UUU tool:
