I have an Android 2.3.4 application on Imx53 on SD. I have about 100 system and after some month I have problem in filesystem.
Some files and directory are corrupted and lost so system crash: i.e. Adobe flash palyer files stoterd in /data/data/com.adobe.flashpalyer/ directory are destroied!
Has someone expirence about this kind of problem using SD card?
I have programmed SD making a phisical clone of a same SD. Is this procedure safety?

This may happen if system power off directly, and the filesystems are not unmount properly.
How to "unmount properly"?
I can't unmount any partition cause partitions are busy.....
reboot o poweroff command seems not unmount partition before system power off!
follow the android standard procedure -- power off.
before shutting down, the system will sync and unmount all storage devices.
The power off is no directly and I close system before power it down.
It seems that ext4 filesystem is corrupted!
mksf.ext4 -cc on SD partition doesn't show any error on SD.
