I have searched NXP for IMXRT1062DVL6B Reference Manual and I found two documents IMXRT1060RM.pdf and IMXRT1060XRM.pdf . what is the difference between these documents?
They are for different product, so here you are using the IMXRT1062DVL6B, you just need to refer to the IMXRT1060RM. And IMXRT1060XRM is used for the IMXRT1060X series products.
