Hi all,
I'm designing a custom board with iMX8MP and PCA9450C.
NVCC_GPIO is connected to the 3.3V power supply and NVCC_SD2 is his LDO5 output of the PCA9450C.
My circuit has a USDHC2 interface that I use for an SD card and the VSEL signal is connected from GPIO1_IO04 to the PCA9450C's SD_VSEL pin.
Are there any issues with this configuration?
In Config Tools for i.MX v13, when I set NVCC_SD2=1.8V and NVCC_GPIO1=3.3V, I get a warning that the voltages are in conflict, so I would like to ask you just in case.
I am attaching an image of the warning message.
Best regards,
tomo

Hi @tomo,
I hope you are doing well.
uSDHC2_VSEL is connected to GPIO1_IO4. However, the NVCC_SD2 voltage is set to 1.8V and the NVCC_GPIO1 voltage is set to 3.3V. Since uSDHC2 is referenced to NVCC_SD2 power rail, there would be a warning of voltage conflict.
If you change the NVCC_GPIO1 voltage to 1.8V, the warning would vanish. Please check.
I hope it helps.

Hi riteshmpatel,
Thank you for your reply.
I followed your suggestion and the warning disappeared.
Conversely, when I set NVCC_SD2 to 3.3V, the warning disappeared as well.
Is this setting also correct?
