Could you please let me know, How to calculate the power consumption in IMX8M mini processor, I have an IMX8M mini design. The peripherals only use a camera with a CSI interface and Micro SD card. The power consumption of this design is a bit large, reaching 3.2W. So how to Reduce SoC Power when only Running A53 on i.MX8M mini.

We are using 'MIMX8MM5CVTKZAA' part in our design, without VPU.
The attached Appnote AN12410 is a good reference point for our design.
Appnote provides all the relevant power consumption for 'VDD_GPU_VPU_DRAM' power supply rail. If VPU is not being used, how shall we treat power consumption on these rails.
For example, Table-3 'IDLE_DEFAULT' condition in the appnote has a total current on 'VDD_GPU_VPU_DRAM' as 402 mA.
How shall we consider the current?
1. 402 mA current on each VDD_GPU and VDD_DRAM power supply rails. 0mA on VDD_VPU.
2. 201 mA current on each VDD_GPU and VDD_DRAM rails and 0mA on VDD_VPU.
