IMX6SXRM: confusion around Ethernet clocks

Hi,

Looking into the reference manual for the 6SoloX, I see these comments around the TX/RX clock references. From the description field here both ENET1/2_RGMII_RXC and ENET1/2_RX_CLK can be used regardless of RGMII or R/MII modes of operation, but I assume that is a mistake..? In the column to the right of the descriptions RGMII and MII are mentioned respectively. Care to clarify?

Hello,

You are right, it is recommended to use separate clocks (strobes) for RGMII (RGMII_RXC/TXC)

and for MII (ENETn_RX/TX_CLK).

Have a great day,
Yuri
