IMX6 Android bsp can support MPEG2 interlaced stream decode ?

Hi Sir,

My customer want to decode MPEG2 video stream . When I link to website to playback and get "can't play" message.

But I used the VLC can decode the stream. All MPEG2 video in broadcast are interlaced.

So I.mx6 Android BSP can support HW deinterlacer ?

Yes, the i.MX6 Android BSP supports the deinterlace feature in IPU hardware.

Hi

Android BSP support mpeg2 video stream support.

Please check what is audio decoder in your .ts stream.

It may possible required audio decoder or parser support is not available.

This can be one of the possible reason for "can't play" message.
