How to place iMX8DXL into KS0 low power mode

Does iMX8DXL automatically enter KS0 mode if only VDD_SNVS_4P2 pin is powered by 3.3V and 32kHz external crystal across RTC_XTALI/XTALO pins? If not, how do you enable KS0 low power mode?

What is the current draw in this mode when external 32kHz crystal is present versus external crystal not present?
