Having trouble baking nnshark for i.mx8M Quad evk imx-base-full due to failed submodule clone

The do_configure for nnshark fails because it can't resolve anongit.freedesktop.org.

Probably fetch failure for some repo happens due to network issue during yocto building. clone it manually is good to try.
