     I HAVE DONE  DDR STRESS TEST  MONTH AGO,most time have  problem  DQS test error，BUT if  write & read  a single address ，i found this  operation success，MAYBE  BLOCK read /write failed，how can  use softwaretool  can make sure the CHIP IMX6Q having solder problem，SO as  the two addr-pin have  conneted?or pretended solder?

for solder problems one can test with jtag and oscilloscope or inspect layout using x-ray screening.

      i  found a  problem,when i  have  fourteen pcs BOARD,some  PCBS DDR DRESS TEST ,I CAN  read/write  single word (32bit) for single address,but  DDR dress test  some address write have wrong hex data,how to fine tune the register for writing  sequence in time？
