Hello All!
I have a similar problem to this.
The first and the last usb related message I have:
ehci_hcd: USB 2.0 'Enhanced' Host Controller (EHCI) Driver
missing: init EHCI-MXC or something like this
It seems I also can have voltage problem.
I am using kernel 3.2 and dtb file. I supposes I enabled everything.
Is there someone else who uses dtb too?
Maybe someone has idea where and how I should define ehci node in dtb file?
Thanks,
Tamas
Thanks for your response make shi.. Ya now the USB is working fine.. It is due to the power and clock thats going to USB. Thank you all.
First need check your USB power,is Host VBUS active? Is the USB phy power is good? Then please add some debug message to check the system why and where hang?Is there access the register cause system hang?
Ya. The system hangs when I enabled the "support for Host1 port on freescale Controller" in Kconfig

You mean the hub will hang the system when you plug it to the root hub port?
