Does i.MX8M Plus and i.MX6Quad have internal ADC? If yes, what are its specifications?

Hello Fellow members. 

I'm working on a project that requires SBCs as the core of the system. While all other specification matches my requirement, I cannot find any details about the internal ADCs in both of these products. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Both processors doesn't have an ADC.
