Disabling peripheral domains in iMX6

Hi All,

I am currently working on a custom sabresd running on Android Kitkat 4.4.2 . I would like to implement certain power management measures to reduce the power consumption. As my board does not have interfaces like PCI and HDMI, I would like to disable these domains in iMX6. Is disabling the drivers alone is sufficient to do this or is there any other alternative method ?. Where I can find information regarding basic power management that can be performed on the domains available in iMX6.
