Different MMDC register value for i.MX6ULL board

Hi,

I'm a user of DDR_STRESS_TESTER tool for i.MX6ULL.

First of all, I compared imximage.cfg in yoctoBSP and I.MX6ULL_DDR3_Script_Aid_V0.01.xlsx then found 3 fields in 2 registers were different as following.

Register	.cfg    vs .xlsx value	Different Fields
MMDC_MDREF adr=0x21b0020	0x00000800 vs 0x00007800	REF_SEL(Refresh Selector): 00 -> 01 REFR(Refresh Rate): 001 -> 111
MMDC1_MDMISC adr=0x21b0018	0x00201740 vs 0x00211740	WALAT(Write Addition latency): 0 -> 1

Which one is correct?

 Hello torus1000,

I double checked and both settings are correct. However, I was suggested to use the cfg file configuration.
