Can not download imgs using mfgtools

          I do a board with imx6ull myself, but i can not download imgs using mfgtools , so i want to know how to do when download imgs firstly.   I must use jlink the firstly downlod?

     PC Jump to Boot ROM if configured as download mode or empty boot device, so how to enter download mode for imx6ull and is my custom board a empty boot device when burning the firmware using Mfgtool firstly?

Hi sun

for mfg tools usage one can look at presentation

AMF-ACC-T1652 

for custom board first it is necessary to run ddr test

i.MX6/7 DDR Stress Test Tool V2.70 

then rebuild mfg tools firmware, it is described in linux documentation on

i.MX 6 / i.MX 7 Series Software and Development Tool|NXP
