Can i use Hynx memory and flash with imx6 processor

i need to use the memory and flash from Hynx with part numbers

H5TQ4G63MFR-*xxC-Memory

HY27UF084G2M-Flash

Has any one used this with iMx6.

What is the reliability? i have chosen this keeping in the cost of my product.

      I checked the datasheets of memory and nand flash, They are both OK for i.mx6. Only please note DDR3 memory capacity, on MX6 EVK, it is 2Gbit, yours is 4Gbit, So software engineer will re-configure u-boot/board/freescale/mach-mx6q/flash_header.S, which is configure memory controller . Reference document is Reference manual.
