Booting linux on IMX7D with fuses blown

We are using IMX7D SOC and having some trouble configuring fuse FORCE_COLD_BOOT (0X470[29]).

After enabling this fuse we are unable to boot Linux kernel with CONFIG_SMP enabled, meaning core 1 is disabled.

How can we resolve it and use SMP with fuse FORCE_COLD_BOOT blown ?
