Bluetooth connection on i.MX6SOLO custom board

Dear Sir,

I have connected  UART connection as per below diagram. this image was available in Murata 1DX datasheet.

and i have implemented the same in our custom board. but i am not able to access Bluetooth in my board.

Could you please help me if i want to connect RTS to RTS , CTS to CTS or

RTS to CTS, CTS to RTS.

 Please response immediately, i am waiting for your reply.

However there may be differencies depending on software,
