Could you tell me the output accuracy of Internal LDOs  in i.MX6DQ? (+- x%?)

PS,

Internal LDOs can set the 25mV step.

So, I think that てthe spec is within +- 25mV.

But, If your answer was right,

For example,

VDDPU LDO outputs (VDD_SOC_CAP and VDD_PU_CAP) must less than 1.3 V.

If one set VDDPU LDO outputs = 1.275V, output accuracy was +/-0.0255V (+/-25.5mV).

The output voltage looks spec-out with VDDPU LDO outputs = 1.275V.
