Dear all,

Our customer would like to connect the camera which outputs a 16bit YUV422 data to CSI of i.MX6Solo.

However, this camera outputs data by the progressive 262.5H form.

Please see the following example.

progressive 262.5H.png

Does CSI of i.MX6 support progressive 262.5H?

Best Regards,
Yuuki

Hi yuuki

supported formats are given in

sect.4.11.10.1 IPU Sensor Interface Signal Mapping IMX6DQCEC ,

sorry progressive 262.5H is not natively supported.

However it may be supported as 16 bits  “generic-data” input.

Best regards

igor

Dear Igor-san,

Thank you for your support.

In 16 bit "generic-data" input,
Can that receive 262H and 263H alternately?

Best Regards,
Yuuki

Hi yuuki

yes, but one will have to parse data in software.

263H nor 262H are not natively supported in IPU hardware.

Best regards

igor
