linux recovery mode

I want to restore images such as linux images and rootfilesystem in recovery mod like Android.

You can try u-boot  boot count mechanism. 

It gets nothing to do any chip, it is pure software.

The  basic idea is similar to android.

Hello yoonseok.

The recovery mode is a feature for Android only, there is no such recovery mode for Linux. 

By the way, which product are you working with it?
