Hallo all,

is there a power calculation tool like an excel sheet that helps with a rough overview of the current consumption of the different phases in advertisement and connection packagesbased on the KW36?

Thank you and kind regards

Finn Schmitz

Hi Finn, I hope you're doing well!

We have the following relevant documentation available to share in our website:

Kinetis MKW36 Power Consumption Analysis

This document provides an in-depth look at the power metrics of the KW35/36 family of MCUs, as well as testing and configuration procedure to achieve the low power profile measurements.

Please let me know if you need any more information.

Best regards,

Sebastian

Hallo Sebastian,

thank you for the input. I was more aiming towards some kind of interactive calculation tool, but you are right. The pdf contains at least all the data I need currently.

A more interactive way of calculating different scenarios might be a good thing to have, though. Especially if one wants to see the impact of different changes in parameters like TX power, intervals, slave latency, payload, crystal accuracy etc.

Kind regards

Finn
