The wifi SIP module AW-CM276NF with 88W8997 is design with CPU MT8395.
The PERST0# & W_DISABLE1 are both pulled higha and the ac coupling 100nF are used
The pcie still can't be recognized and is stock at " polling.compliance"

After consulting MTK, they gauss the CPU(MT8395) doesn't get reply from 88W8997, or 88w8997 miss or not recognize the signal from CPU.
can nxp help on this issue?
Does any commend or methods to get the pcie status of 88W8997?
Hello @hilary_tsai
Have you shard the schematic? The picture you shared is not very clear.
Best Regards
Shaun
Hi shaun:
the issue is fixed after I removed the AC couping cap on the tx path of WiFI module,
It seem that the AC couping cap is designed in module.
Thank for you support.
Hi shaun:
Please check it.
Besides,How can I know that the WIFI IC has started normally?
the pcie status is stock at " polling.compliance" Does it mean the wifi ic don't send EIOS to CPU?
Hi shaun:
sure~~
However, I am not sure that I can share the schematics on the web or not.
May I get your email address and send it you by mail?
