The NXQ1TXH5DB1401 demo board is WPC 1.2 Qi-compliant wireless charger demo. And according to the Apple support page, iPhone 8 and later works with Qi-certified chargers, so, you should not have any problem charging the iphone8 using the NXQ1TXH5DB1401 demo board.
Just take in mind that this board is intended to be used as a DEMO and not in final applications.
