Hi Joseph,

In order to get the requested qual data, please create a standart ticket.

Lead frame base metal is copper. Lead finish is gold over nickel/palladium (NiPdAu).

ESD: ESD (Class 1) - our parts meet the following qualification requirements:

ESD (AEC-Q100) Electrostatic Discharge; Human Body Model (HBM); Test @ 500/1000/1500/2000 Volts

ESD (AEC-Q100) Electrostatic Discharge; Machine Model (MM); Test @ 50/100/150/200 Volts

The MSL rating is blank in the Environmental and Compliance Information section of our web site. The MSL is officially N/A (Not Applicable), since the sensor is open to air (for the pressure to get inside).
