NTM88 Tire Mounted Sensor

I am looking for an off the shelf product that contains NTM88. Is there such a product?
Is there a development kit?
My goal is to mount the sensor inside a tire and get the raw information to an external computer

You can find the hardware design files of the EVB of NTM88 on the following webpage:
