How can I use SE050 with STM32 , can I get MW library files compatible with STM32? In MW the supported files are compatible for NXP controllers

So far the MW just supports NXP MCUs, but we also provide a porting guide for your case. Please kindly refer to https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN12448.pdf for details.

If you just use several commands to communicate with SE050, I would recommend you configure the APDU commands with the help of MW, please kindly refer to "simw-top/doc/demos/se05x/se05x_GetAPDUBuffer/Readme.html" for details.
If you are just concerning with the memory consumption of the MW, we provide a tiny version of package instead, please kindly refer to https://github.com/NXPPlugNTrust/nano-package for details.
