I would like to ask about SM_116.
I am confused about statements control logic:
Is it required to test flash memory control logic via ECC logic test? Or what is really countermeasure you have to apply here?

As per SPC5744P FMEDA, Software CRC safety mechanism for single point fault and LBIST for multi point faults are used to detect failure of flash memory controller logic.
