What is flash erase life in S32K1?

What is flash erase life in S32K1?

I found the following data in the data sheet, is it mean:

1. use data flash,erase timing 1000?

2. use data eeprom , erase timing 100,000 or 1.6m ?

Hi,

1) yes it is minimum quarantied program/erase cycles per flash sector
2) it is minimum guaranteed writes (32-bit) for given EEPROM backup to FlexRAM ratio.
You can refer to Flex Memory Endurance Calculator where you may choose written data specification (no. of updates, records, data size) and see how it affect endurance.
