After configuring winIDEA for S32K388EVB, using iSystems Debugger I am unable to download code, keep getting an error message. Please see attachment for EVE log file and please advice.

Ok, but my understanding is that there is a jumper that needs to be removed from the S32K388EVB for the elf file to be programmed. Do you know what jumper needs to be removed?
The S32K388 is NPI product which is not publicly available. Please get in touch with one who provided it to you and as for information you are interested in. Such product must be provided directly by NXP representative, who has right and access to documentation, SW, etc...
