what is the maximum temperature TJA1128 could withstand and for how long continuously? or what is the duration of maximum temperature it could withstand over the life time?
STRESS TEST: I am having an issue, that temperature of TJA is maintained at 130 deg for 600 seconds in every 8400 second cycle and repeat the same cycle for 150 cycles. and It failed to communicate after that and regained communication once temperature is (after some time) lowered and reset.
Any ideas?

Hello Kavin,
I hope all is great with you. Thank you for using the NXP communities.
Please review the response from our specialist below:
It really comes down to the operational or storage temperature.
For storage temperature, the max is -55°C to 150°C without time limit.
For the operational temperature, the device virtual junction temperature shall not exceed 150°C (keep in mind the junction will be hotter than ambient).
Any excursion above this may damage the device.
The datasheet parameters are guaranteed to the same temperatures except where noted in the datasheet.
Regarding your testing, the device does have overtemp shutdown protection.
I hope this information helps.
Regards,
David
