Hi @Chinnan,

Please refer to S32K3xx Data Sheet's Table 7 I/O parameters, where you can find input leakage current and output high current for GPIO.

The higher the current the bigger the voltage drop from VDD/VSS. The datasheet specifies the min. guaranteed current at  

VOL <= 0.7V

VOH >= VDD_HV_A/B - 0.7V

for all the GPIO types.
