on the S32K148 Based on front page information of the datasheet the performance of microcontroller is 1.25DMIPS per MHZ.

Is this number calculated assuming Waite State 0 or 1 or 2 etc.?

Thanks

Hi, It is a performance of used ARM Cortex-M4F core as delivered by ARM developer. Typically, DMIPS for the whole MCU a whole is not provided.

Regarding wait-states - it I understand your note well - this is certain configuration related to the system around the core. It means an answer would be zero wait states, as such memory response is expected during DMIPS measuring.

Do it makes sense to you?

I will try to ask whether we have benchmarks for the whole MCU, if yes, I will return to you.
